Giant display made by 144 Windows Phone by Symbio

Symbio, a leading software foundry, has made  a world record of creating a giant display of 12 x 12 using 144 Windows Phone. With the help of 144 Windows Phone controlled by one Windows Phone via WiFi, Symbio showed a video wall in Microsoft’s TechDays 2012 event in Helsinki, Finland.

In this video one Windows Phone is controlling the video wall and all the other 144 Windows Phone are in sync with each other. Here a video file is distributed via WiFi to 144 phones and then its split to pieces for each phone. When people asked Symbio for the reason behind making of this video wall, they replied Because we can. So this is the creativity and power of Windows Phone.
