Download: Mozilla released final build of Firefox 5

Mozilla Firefox version 5 is available for download as the package on their ftp. This time with lots of new features but keeping the UI same as Firefox 4, Firefox is set to fight in the market of Browser war. Mozilla Firefox still stand into the market with millions of users worldwide. They introduced Awesome Bar as we found the similar one in Chorme as Omnibox, in IE9 as Onebox where we can just start typing and possible matches are shown. Some of the features that are added to this build are:

  • Added support for CSS animations
  • The Do-Not-Track header preference has been moved to increase discoverability
  • Added support for switching Firefox development channels
  • Improved desktop environment integration for Linux users
  • Improved spell checking for some locales
  • Improved canvas, JavaScript, memory, and networking performance
  • Improved standards support for HTML5, XHR, MathML, SMIL, and canvas
  • App Tab – Pin your sites directly to your browser permanent

Firefox users in case still using version 3.5 then its better to upgrade to Firefox 5 now.
